1. Who we are

This website is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address] (“Max Art”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions about privacy: [privacy@yourdomain.com].

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what's needed to run the site:

  • Booking questions: your agency website, current MRR range, average retainer range and main lead source.
  • Booking details: your name, email and chosen time, collected by our calendar provider when you book a call.
  • Emails you send us, including your reply confirming the call.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, which our hosting and font providers receive automatically when the page loads.

We don't ask for sensitive data and the site doesn't run advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

  • To schedule, prepare for and hold the call you booked (steps you request before entering a contract).
  • To reply to your messages and send the calendar invite and reminders.
  • To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example keeping business records.

If you become a client, the data we process for your campaigns is covered by our client agreement.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Google Fonts (typefaces loaded from Google's servers)
  • [Calendar provider, e.g. Calendly or Cal.com] (booking)
  • [Video host, e.g. YouTube, Vimeo or Loom] (the explainer video, only if you play it)
  • [Email provider] (our inbox)

We don't sell your personal data. Some providers are outside your country; where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies. The embedded calendar and video, if you use them, may set their own cookies under their policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and call data is kept for [e.g. 24 months] after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. Records we must keep by law are kept for the legally required period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [privacy@yourdomain.com] and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
